Playcoin market Game coins and Gift Coins

Playcoin market game coins is a virtual currency that has no real world value. You can earn game coins to play our mobile games to win gift coins in exchange for rewards within the app. Should your account be suspended, deleted, or should Playcoin market cease operations, you agree that you will forfeit all PPlaycoin market game coins and gift coins in your account.

Privacy

Any information you provide to Playcoin market is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as outlined in the Privacy Policy) of this information. Please check it out. We collect information primarily to identify that you are really you, not someone who is trying to impersonate you or some robot or virtual being. Limitation on Account Creation and Account Sign In

Only one Playcoin market account can be associated per device. Because of the security and reward tracking implementation we have in place, we can only allow a single account to be created per device. There really isn’t any reason for anyone to have multiple accounts. If you are sharing a device with another user, we’re sorry, you’ll have to buy another device to register your account on. The only time this clause can become an issue is if you obtain a device from another person who has already registered an account on your device. If this is the case you can email us, but we reserve the right to decide whether an account can be created. Additionally, we realize people have multiple devices (tablet, phone) and that people change devices all the time and may want to use our app on different devices. We allow a reasonable number sign-ins within a fixed period.

Passwords

We encourage you to use STRONG passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. Deleting Account

Account Suspension and Termination

Playcoin market may terminate or suspend your access to or ability to use any and all Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. In particular, Playcoin market may immediately terminate or suspend Accounts that have been flagged for suspected fraudulent activities. Upon termination of your access to or ability to use a Service, including but not limited to suspension of your Account on a Service, your right to use or access that Service and any information associated with you will immediately cease and may result in forfeiture and destruction. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination or limit any liability which you otherwise may have to Playcoin market or any third-party. If you attempt or engage in any fraudulent activities or break any of the terms as outlined on this page, your account will be suspended and you will lose everything associated with your account.

Gift Card Disclaimers

We do not issue refunds on gift card rewards redeemed with Playcoin market virtual currency. Although we will make every effort to correct any issues (in the form of crediting a Subscriber’s account the proper amount of credits) due to invalid, inactive, or otherwise unusable gift cards, we reserve the right to determine on a case by case basis which accounts are eligible for the correction. We can’t issue refunds for gift cards because there is no way for us to know whether a gift card has been used. The only exception we make is if there is an issue with the gift card number, which in rare cases do happen. In such instances, it does require some time to investigate and we reserve the right to decide whether you are eligible for a refund.

With regards to reward issuance, we work with partners to provide offers for users to complete to earn rewards and issue rewards based on these partner’s system notifying us. There isn’t much we can do if our partner fails to signal us when you’ve completed your task resulting in you not receiving your reward. Furthermore, app developers and ad networks often have measures in place to prevent users who have already completed an offer (or have installed an app or watched a video) from getting credited more than once. Please accept that we may not be able to fix everything and make everyone happy should these bad things happen.

INDEMNIFICATION

Each User and Advertiser participating in the Service agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Playcoin market, its parent and affiliates and their officers, directors, licensors, partners, licensees, consultants, contractors, agents, attorneys, employees, third party service providers and third parties authorized by Playcoin market to make your listings, results, and/or Service available in connection with third party Websites, blogs, postings, content, applications and/or e-mails (“Third Party Products”), and their respective officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and employees (each, a Playcoin market Entity” and collectively, the Playcoin market Entities”) from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claim(s)”), that actually or allegedly result from such User or Advertiser’s information, use of the Service, submissions to the Service, or its breach of the Agreement. Each User and Advertiser agrees to be solely responsible for defending any Claim against or suffered by Playcoin market and/or any Playcoin market Entity, subject to Playcoin market Rewards and/or the Playcoin market Entity’s right to participate with counsel of its own choosing, and for payment of damages or losses resulting from all claims against Playcoin market, and/or any Playcoin market Entity provided that you will not agree to any settlement that imposes any obligation or liability on Playcoin market and/or an Playcoin market Entity without Playcoin market prior express written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Playcoin market LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGREEMENT, UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY, SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO $100. Playcoin market SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO USERS FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF A USER’S USE OF THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL Playcoin market OR ANY Playcoin market ENTITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE AGREEMENT. ADVERTISER AGREES THAT ADVERTISER WILL NOT HOLD Playcoin market RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SELECTION OR RETENTION OF, OR ANY ACTS, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS BY, ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPATION OR ACCESS BY ANY THIRD PARTY ON ADVERTISER’S LISTING(S) OF OFFERS, REGARDLESS OF THE INTENT OF SUCH THIRD PARTY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF Playcoin market OR ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, Playcoin market’S LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Waiver and Severability

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. CHOICE OF LAW

Any dispute referring or relating to the Agreement or between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Selangor. Any claim against Playcoin market arising from the Agreement shall be adjudicated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any proceeding with any claim or controversy of any other party.

Gift Card Vendor Affiliation

Playcoin market is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the gift card vendors. All logos are registered trademarks with their respective owners. (Google Inc, PayPal, WISE)

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
